As the producers of the show determine the running order of the Grand Final, their running order position is traditionally drawn during the Heads of Delegation meeting. Evi Papamichael, Head of Delegation from Cyprus, who finished second last year behind Israel’s Netta, had the honour of executing the draw under supervision of Jon Ola Sand. The outcome: Israel will perform 14th in the Grand Final.
