The charming and talented Dalita was a special guest at the international Folk Motives festival organised by the EFSC (European Foundation for Support of Culture) held in Malta. Dalita represented Armenia and the Armenian culture.

The countries who took part in the festival were Armenia, Russia, Malta, Israel, Bulgaria, Latvia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and the culture of the area of Tatarstan from Russia.

An invited guest for Russia was Sofia Fisenko, who represented Russia at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, as part of the Water Of Life Project.

Dalita’s modern costumes were courtesy of the Teryan Culure Centre in Yerevan. She performed two Armenian modern folk songs both by former Eurovision performers – Inga & Anush (2009 ESC Armenia) and Sirusho (2008 ESC Armenia). Dalita also sang three songs in the Russian language and two current English hit songs.

Dalita received a surprise to take part and represent Armenia with national costumes at the European Beauty 2017 contest during this time in Malta. Dalita won the Grand Prix and also was invited to participate at the Pierre Gardin show festival this summer in Paris!! Dalita is thinking about this possibility as her priorities lie as a singer.
