Bulgaria will be represented by Lidia Ganeva and her song Valsheben Den (Magical Day) at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Let us look back at the history of Bulgaria in the competition.

Bulgaria first entered the Junior Eurovision in 2007 with Bon-Bon and Bonbolandiya. The best placing for Bulgaria was in 2014 with Krisia, Hasan & Ibraham with Planet Of The Children. This is also the favourite of ESC Covers.
