BBC reveal the six songs and acts for Eurovision: You Decide 2017

The six acts and songs that will compete in Eurovision: You Decide 2017 to see who will represent the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest in Ukraine in May have been revealed –

Olivia Garcia – Freedom Hearts (Written by Gabriel Alares, Sebastian Lestapier, Linnea Nelson, Laurell Barker)
Holly Brewer – I Wish I Loved You More (Written by Kevin Fisher, Courtney Harrell, Laurell Barker, Mattias Frändå, Johan Åsgärde, Oliver Lundström)
Lucie Jones – Never Give Up On You (Written by The Treatment, Emmelie de Forest, Lawrie Martin)
Danyl Johnson – Light Up The World (Written by Dan McAlister, Rick Blaskey, Greg Walker, Chris Sutherland, Ameerah Roelants)
Salena Mastroianni – I Don’t Wanna Fight (Written by The Treatment, Nicole Blair, Marli Harwood)
Nate Simpson – What Are We Made Of Written (Written by Jon Hällgren, Eric Lumiere, DWB)

Never Give Up On You has been partly composed by the 2013 Eurovision winner from Denmark, Emmelie de Forest.

All the acts have a history from the UK X Factor – Lucie Jones and Danyl Johnson were in the live shows in 2009. Olivia Garcia and Nate Simpson went to judges houses in 2016 but were subsequently overlooked for the live shows. The other two made it to the Boot Camp stage.

The Eurovision: You Decide 2017 show is broadcast on Friday 27 January.
