The Albanian broadcaster, RTSH, has released the names of the participants taking part in Festivali i Këngës #59. The winner will represent Albania at the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest.

It is welcome back to the festival for Inis Neziri, who took part in Festivali i Këngës #56, with the beautiful Piedestal. She has since gone on to have big successes by winning the 2018 Cerbul de Aur (Golden Stag) festival in Romania and 2019 New Wave competition in Russia.
Orgesa Zaimi was on the Eurovision stage as part of the Albanian team in Moscow in 2009 with Kejsi Tola.
Wendi Mancaku was also on the Eurovision stage as one of the backing singers with Jonida Maliqi. Wendi also participated in Festivali i Këngës #58 with Ende.
Kamela Islamaj also returns to the festival after participating with Më ngjyros at Festivali i Këngës #58.
Arilena Ara, who was chosen to represent Albania at the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest with her song, Fall From The Sky, will not be returning despite her not getting a chance to perform because of the cancellation due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
