ABBA GOLD album hits 1,000 weeks on UK Chart

ABBA have created a record breaking 1,000 consecutive weeks on the UK album chart with their greatest hits collection, ‘ABBA GOLD’.

‘ABBA GOLD’ is the first album to celebrate this incredible record. The album is the second biggest seller in the UK chart history behind Queen and their Greatest Hits.

‘ABBA GOLD’ was originally released in 1992 and contains all the biggest hits. It is currently at number 17 in the UK charts. ABBA, of course, won the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest for Sweden with Waterloo in Brighton, England.
