I thought that the song Solders of Love was a good song by Denmark form the first time I heard it i liked it. I also think that they performed it well on stage, just a turf year with so many good song in 2016 eurovision.
I’m definitely known to like Denmark’s “happy pop.” Dansk Melodi Grand Prix is always one of my favorite national finals. But this song… hmmm… it’s just didn’t rope me in. Their performance in Stockholm was amazing. They are all attractive and talented, but after the song was done, I practically forgot about it. I feel like I heard something similar from One Direction or group like that. Honestly, I would have liked to see Simone with Heart Shaped Hole.
A good entry from Denmark and was catchy enough but just didn’t really stand out on the night.
