Well we made it to the final at last.  Here we are at Friends Arena in Stockholm to decide which of these 12 acts will represent Sweden in the 61st year of the Eurovision Song Contest which will also be hosted here in Stockholm but in the cozier Globen Arena.  Tonight 28,000 people will attend Sweden’s most watched event, Melodifestivalen.

There is lots of speculation around who will win tonight but I still think it is anyone’s game.  The bookies favourite originally was Molly Sandén but after the fourth semi-final all of the attention shifted to Frans and has remained there.  The rankings amongst the pack below him has drastically changed almost daily.  So it is anyone’s guess who will actually win.  So here is my prediction for this evening’s result.

  1. Panetoz – “Håll Om Mig Hart” (Hold My Heart Hard) – Predict 10th place
  2. Lisa Ajax – “My Heart Wants Me Dead” – Predict 9th Place
  3. David Lindgren – “We Are Your Tomorrow” – Predict 12th Place
  4. SaRaha – “Kizunguzungu” (Dizziness) – Predict 6th Place
  5. Oscar Zia – “Humans” – Predict 7th Place
  6. Ace Wilder – “Don’t Worry” – Predict 8th Place
  7. Robin Bengtsson – “Constellation Prize” – Predict 5th Place
  8. Molly Sandén – “Youniverse” – Predict 4th Place
  9. Boris René – “Put Your Love On Me” – Predict 11 Place
  10. Frans  – “If I Were Sorry” – Predict 2nd Place
  11. Wiktoria – “Save Me” – Predict Winner
  12. Samir & Viktor – “Bada Nakna” (Bathe Naked) – Predict 3rd Place

This year has been very difficult to predict as there are so many songs that could ultimately win.  So what do you think?

  1. I have not heard all the songs but from those I have heard I like SAMIR and VIKTOR best. The Frans song is not bad, I can live with it.
