With Eurovision 2023 taking place in Liverpool, the United Kingdom, and Liverpool is the home of the very successful group THE BEATLES, ESC Covers are looking into a couple of Beatle songs covered by Eurovision artists.

The fifth song is HERE COMES THE SUN. CLIFF RICHARD covered it also in English. Cliff represented the United Kingdom twice at the Eurovision song contest. In 1968 he sang CONGRATULATIONS which ended in 2nd place. In 1973 he sang POWER TO ALL OUR FRIENDS which ended in 3rd place.
