The fourth semi-final of the Melodifestivalen 2022 took place with two acts qualifying for the final.

The two acts to qualify –

•  MEDINA – In i dimman (Into the fog)

The following acts go through to the new fifth semi-final –

• Anna Bergendahl – Higher Power
• Lillasyster – Till Our Days Are Over
