The 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest Opening Ceremony will take place at 5pm (CET) today. It will be available to view on YouTube.

Unfortunately, a decision was made by the EBU that no delegations will be attending the ceremony. It is not known if the acts will be interviewed individually at their hotel.

Three spots will be drawn for the running order of the contest to be held on Sunday 19 December. The opening position and the closing position and also the place that the host country, France, will perform.
