Norbert started with a marathon voting for the best songs of the new millennium.

The 12th voting was for the entries from CYPRUS.

There were several songs in the final. In a surprise move to ESC Covers, the winner was the group MINUS ONE from 2016  and their  song ALTER EGO. The song was composed by Thomas Gson.
