For the entire month of February, ESC Covers will take every day a South African artist/group/duo on a virtual tour to Europe. We will visit 28 countries.

Day 16 takes us to SLOVENIA, not a country often on the radar.  The SA artist who will be “touring” there, is FRIKKIE VAN BILJON. He is happy to be the artist “touring” to this beautiful country who often say they are the country of S (LOVE) NIA.

Frikkie van Biljon  covered the 2017 Eurovision entry from  SLOVENIA ON MY WAY by Omar Naber.  Frikkie’s cover is called ELKE TREE (Every step). Hopefully Frikkie will enjoy “every step” he will take in Slovenia.

Omar represented Slovenia twice at the Eurovision song contest, in 2005 and 2017 and each time the Eurovision took place in Kyiv, the Ukraine.
