RAFAŁ – ‘The Ride’

Up this year for Poland is Rafal ‘The Ride’ that as a contemporary dance song, is on a par with Gromee feat. Lukas Meijer – ‘Light Me Up’ in 2018.

The production is probably up a notch from 2018 and the chorus is a lot more catchy but words like ‘generic’ and ‘safe’ are going to be thrown around a lot in comment boxes on social media.

As Poland’s seemingly has no desire to see their poor record at Eurovision in recent years improve any time soon, one can only imagine that there is a some grand plan and they are biding their time waiting for those young artists that delivered back to back wins at Junior Eurovision to grow up.
